Ingredients
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
- 2 carrots, thin rnds.
- 1 whole, fresh cauliflower
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 c. green stuffed olives
- 1 can or bottle onions
- 1/2 # fresh mushrooms
- 1-1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 2 t.oregano
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Heat vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano to a boil and cool. Add salad oil and olive oil. Pour marinade over veggies.
