Marinated Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper, cut in strips
  • 2 carrots, thin rnds.
  • 1 whole, fresh cauliflower
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 c. green stuffed olives
  • 1 can or bottle onions
  • 1/2 # fresh mushrooms
  • 1-1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 2 t.oregano
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Heat vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano to a boil and cool. Add salad oil and olive oil. Pour marinade over veggies.
