Ingredients

  • 1 (2lb) pkg. frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 1/2 c. Butter - melted
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz.) Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 c. Onions - chopped
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese - shredded
  • 1 t. Salt
  • 1/2 t. Pepper
  • 2 c. Corn flake crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Butter - melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°

Combine potatoes & 1/2 c. melted butter in large bowl. Stir in sour cream, soup, onions, cheese, salt & pepper. Place in a greased 13x9 baking dish. Combine corn flakes crumbs & 1/2 cup butter. Sprinkle over top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover & continue baking 20 minutes.
