Chipotle Chile Candied Pecan, Dried Cranberry and Crumbled Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients

  • Chipotle Chile Candied Pecans (recipe in this collection)
  • 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 8 cups loosely packed mesclun greens
  • Thin slices of crisp apples or pears
  • Your favorite vinaigrette

Preparation

Step 1

Combine a handful of the candied pecans, along with dried cranberries and blue cheese, with the mesclun greens. Toss with your favorite vinaigrette and serve. Add apple or pear slices, if desired.
