Ingredients

  • 9-10" pastry shell

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 cans (7 1/4 oz) salmon, drained (keep liquid)

  • 1/4 tsp basil or tarragon or oregano

Directions

Sprinkle cheese in bottom of pastry shell. Add chopped onion. Arrange salmon to cover right to edge. In bowl, mix eggs, milk, spice and salmon juice. Bake at 375°F for 55 minutes.
