Salmon Quiche

  • 9-10" pastry shell
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cans (7 1/4 oz) salmon, drained (keep liquid)
  • 1/4 tsp basil or tarragon or oregano



Step 1

Sprinkle cheese in bottom of pastry shell. Add chopped onion. Arrange salmon to cover right to edge.

In bowl, mix eggs, milk, spice and salmon juice.

Bake at 375°F for 55 minutes.
