Individual Potato Gratins

  • 3 large russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • Salt/pepper
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream or half/half

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 12-count muffin pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, toss together the sliced potatoes, cheese and salt and pepper. Stack the potato and cheese mixture to the top of each muffin slot. Pour heavy cream or half/half into each muffin slot, filling almost to the top.

Cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes uncovering halfway through. Scoop gratins out of the muffin slots and serve.
