Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 C Blue cheese or rach salad dressing
- 1/2 C franks red hot sauce (any flavor)
- 1/2 C crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozz
- 2 cans (9.75oz) each chicken breast, or 1 lg boneless chicken breast chopped
Place cream chese in center of a 9x9 microwave safe baking dish. Microwave on high for 5 min.Stir 1/2 way through. Next, mix in salad dressing, hot sauce, cheese and finally chicken.
Microwave uncovered 5 min or until hot.
Or make in a 325 degree oven.
