Ingredients
- 4 pork cube steaks,about 1/4 pound each
- 2 teaspoon italian herb seasoning
- pinch of salt pinch ground black pepper 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 3/4 cups crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
(1) season meat with half the italian herbs and salt and pepper to tast.
(2) heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over a medium high heat.
(3) saute meat 2-3 minutes, until browned on bottom.
(4) turn over and stir in oiom and remaining italian seasoning.
(5) cook 2 minutes and stir in remaining ingredients.
(6) bring to a boil,cover skillet,reduce heat to medium low
and cook 6-8 minutes,until meat is cooked throughout.
