Beef Stroganoff Casserole

Cook hamburger with salt and pepper, drain and set aside. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms, garlic and onion; cook and stir until onion is tender. Add chicken broth. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in soup, sour cream and mustard until combined. Return beef to skillet. Mix noodles with beef mixture. Place in greased 9x13. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
