1 handful Long Skiny Green Peppers
3 Large Long Green Peppers
6 Yellow Long Peppers
1 Large Can Green Chile Enchilada Sauace
2 Small Cans Herdez Salsa Casera
3 Lbs Cubed Pork
1 Large Bottle LaVictoria Salsa Verde (thick & chunky) Med green.

Preparation

Step 1

Brown Pork in Skillet.
Chop Peppers, add all ingredients in large saucepan.

Simmer on stove for 1 Hour.

Serve in tortillas with sour cream and more salsa if desired...
