Ingredients

  • 2 Cans 8-10oz French Cut String Bean - Drained
  • 2 Cans of Artichoke Hearts - Quartered and Drained
  • 2 - 8oz bags of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 2-3 toes of Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup of Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups of Italian Bread Crumbs
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté' onions and garlic in olive oil until brown and limp.
Add string beans and simmer for about 10 minutes
Add artichokes, cheese and bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly
Put in 2qt casserole dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs and dried onions on top and bake at 350F for 30 minutes
