Seafood- Mustard-roasted Fish

  • 4-8 oz fish fillets such as red snapper or grouper
  • Kosher salt & blk pepper
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 3 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp shallots, minced



Step 1

Line a sheet pan w/parchment paper. Place fish skin side down, Sprinkle generously with salt & pepper.

Combine sour cream, 2 mustards, shallots, 1 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp pepper in a small bowl. Spoon the sauce evenly over the fish, making sure the fish is completely covered. Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish..
