- 4 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbs sugar
- 1 tbs yeast
- 2 tbs oil or lard
- 1 1/2 cups water
Mix sugar with water and add yeast. Let stand 10 minutes. Add oil and dry ingredients. Knead well. Let rise, punch down and rest 15 minutes.
Roll out to desired thickness and place on greased cookie sheet or pizza pan.
Bake in a 350o oven for 5-7 minutes. Add toppings of your choice. Return to oven for 10-12 minutes.
