Sweet-And-Sour Drumettes

Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Chicken Drumettes
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup French Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinager
  • Dash Hot Sauce (Optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Season chicken with salt & pepper. Heat oil on medium in a skillet. Brown chicken in batches, about 3 minutes on each side. Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and microwave until butter is melted. Stir. Pour sauce over chicken and toss to coat evenly. Bake for 15 minutes.
