Ingredients

  • 6 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 t. Salt
  • 1/2 t. Pepper
  • 4-5 Potatoes
  • 5 Stalks of Celery, chopped
  • 5-6 Carrots, chopped
  • 1 can Peas
  • 1/2 c Butter
  • 2/3 c Flour
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1 t. Salt
  • 1/2 t. Pepper
  • Double Crusts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven at 400°

Boiled Chicken, Salt & Pepper until tender. Debone if necessary.

Cook Potatoes, Celery, & Carrots in broth until tender for 30 minutes. Melt Butter and Flour in deep pan stirring constantly then add Milk & 3 cups broth, salt & pepper. Mix everything together. Add peas. Place pie crusts on top & make a few slits.

Bake at 400° for 45 minutes or until golden brown
