Ingredients

  • 1 can regular corn (with water)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz), cream of potato soup
  • 2 cans (1 pound 1 ounce each) cream style corn
  • 1 can (13 ounce) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cups finely chopped green pepper (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 teaspon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Fresh, frozen or freeze dried chives (optional)

Instructions
Combine soup, corn, milks, green pepper, onion, salt, and pepper in 3 quart casserole. Cover. Place in mocrowave oven. Cook 17 to 19 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
Obviously, can be cooked on top of stove also.
