Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. ground dried apricots
- 2 2/3 c. flaked coconut
- 3/4 c. sweetened, condensed milk
- Confectioner's sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the apricots and coconut. Add the milk; mix to blend. Shape into 1-inch balls, using sugar to prevent sticking. Roll in more sugar; place on baking sheet for 2 hours, or until firm.
