Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless beef round steak, 1 inch thick, cut into thin strips
  • 1 jar (4.5 oz) Green Giant® sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 bag (24 oz) Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers® Value Size frozen broccoli & three cheese sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • Hot cooked rice, if desired

Directions

In large bowl, mix beef, mushrooms, cornstarch, garlic and teriyaki sauce.

Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Drain beef and mushrooms well, reserving marinade.

Cook frozen broccoli as directed on bag.

In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

Cook beef, mushrooms and green onions in oil 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is no longer pink.

Stir in cooked broccoli.

Gradually add reserved marinade.

Cook over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.

Serve over rice.
