- 1-1/2 Cup Cracked Wheat (rinsed several times)
- 3 Medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion or green onion, diced
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1 cucumber, diced
- salt and pepper
