Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 Cup Cracked Wheat (rinsed several times)

  • 3 Medium tomatoes, diced

  • 1 onion or green onion, diced

  • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley, chopped

  • 3/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1 cup salad oil

  • 1 cucumber, diced

  • salt and pepper

Directions

Miz all ingredients. Let refrigerate all day or overnight before serving. Will keep a week.
