Honey BBQ Marinade

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup ketchup
• 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine ketchup, worcestershire sauce, honey, lemon juice and hot sauce in Blender Bottle and shake well.

2. Pour over chicken and marinate for 2 hours.
