Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • Dash ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon raisins
  • 1/2 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon plain low-fat yogurt

Preparation

Step 1

Place oats, milk, cinnamon, and raisins in a bowl; stir to combine. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerator overnight. Just before serving, stir in apple and yogurt.
