Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 40 oz. cans sweet potatoes, drained
- 1 C. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1/3 C. flour
- 1 C. chopped pecans
- 5 to 6 Tbsp. melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mash potatoes & butter w/ pastry blender or potato masher, in large bowl
Add remaining ingredients and mix
Put into a greased 9x13 dish
Topping:
Mix brown sugar, flour & pecans
Add enough melted butter to make crumbly
Sprinkle on top of potatoes
Bake 30 minutes uncovered @350 degrees
