Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced thinly
- 1 small red pepper, strips
- 1 small green pepper, strips
- 2 tsp bottled garlic
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 processed cheese, cubed
- 3/4 lb sliced roast beef, shredded
- 3 Tbsp beef broth
- 4 hot dog buns, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
JHeat oil and add onion, peppers and garlic; saute 4 minutes. Reduce heat and cook 8 minutes until tender.
Stir in sugar, oregano, vinegar, salt and cheese; cook 2 minutes.
Combine beef and broth in a microwave safe bowl. Cover and microwave 2 minutes.
Add beef to buns and atop with cheese.
