Ingredients
- 1 pkg jumbo shells
- 15 oz Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz cottage cheese
- ~1/2 cup mozzarella
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 large tsp dried basil
- 1 egg
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb beef
- Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*
Cook noodles half way (very al dente) and allow to cool slightly, enough so you are able to handle them. In a separate bowl, mix together, cheeses, herbs, and egg.
Brown meat and drain. Combine meat and spaghetti sauce.
Spread half of the meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each shell with the cheese mixture and place in the baking dish. Cover with remaining meat sauce and sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
