Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup finely chopped green onions
- 2/3 cups finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill weed
- 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tea. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 1 package (12 oz) seashell pasta, cooked
- 4 packages (3 oz) each smoked salmon, cut into pieces
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, green onions, celery, dill weed, lemon juice, mustard, and pepper; stir until well blended.
Add pasta; stir until well coated. stir in salmon.
Cover and chill 2 hours to let flavors blend.
