UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA

Ingredients

  • 1 pd ground turkey
  • 1/4 C celery, chopped
  • dash garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 C sliced vegetables of choice
  • 2 C tomato sauce
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 8 oz can refrigerated crescent rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Spray pan
saute turkey, celery, garlic powder, salt and pepper
pour in 9 x 13 baking pan
top wit your choice of options
pour the tomato sauce over this and top with cheese
cover with the crescent rolls
bake @ 350' for 30-35 minutes
