  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon
  • juice
  • 4 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar



Step 1

In a large bowl, beat butter and lemon zest at medium
speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Beat
in lemon juice. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar
until smooth.
