CHICKEN FINGERS SPICY SESAME

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs. chicken breast fillets
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame salad oil
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon five spice powder (or ground ginger)
  • 4 tablespoons each bread crumbs and sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken fillets into 1" strips. Stir in egg whites, wine, oil, soy sauce, red pepper sauce and five spice powder or ginger. Marinate 1 hour in refrigerator. Combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds, rill drained chicken strips in this mixture or shake in closed plastic bag. Arrange in single layer on shallow non-stick baking pan, sprayed with cooking spray. Bake uncovered in preheated 475 degree oven for about 8 minutes.
