Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. Shedds Country Crock Spread, melted
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 1/2 lbs. sweet potatoes or yams, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Lawrey's Seasoned Salt
- Lawrey's Candied Pecans

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2 Combine all ingredients except potatoes and pecans. Add potatoes; toss tocoat. On jelly-roll pan, arrange potatoes in a single layer. Roast, stirring once, 40 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with Lawry's Candied Pecans before serving.
Lawrey's Candied Pecans - combine 1/2 tsp. Lawry's Seasoned Salt, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts. In nonstick skillet, cook pecan mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until sugar melts and pecans are caramelized. Cool completely before serving.
