Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed cooked grains (bulgur, quinoa, brown rice and farro)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped mixed fresh herbs (dill, parsley, cilantro, and chives)
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- coarse salt and ground pepper
