Step 1
Combine 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 1 Tbsp chopped rosemary, 1 tsp paprika, 2 cloves garlic, and 1/2 tsp salt. Rub pork with 1 Tbsp olive oil and then coat with bread crumb mixture. Roast at 425 degrees. Cook about 20-30.
