Ingredients
- 2 6oz sea bass fillets
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley,
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill weed,
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- 2/3 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 360 degrees
In a casserole dish add bass, butter, onions, parsley, dill weed, onions, chives, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper
Cook until fish is lightly browned and flaky (about 20 min)
Serve with sauce over fish
