Ingredients

  • 2 TBS Butter
  • 2 TBS Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Milk

Step 1

Melt Butter in pan. Stir in Flour, Salt and Pepper. Whisk in milk and stir constantly over low heat until boiling and thickened.
