Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 c milk
- 1 c flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 2 tbsp oil
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg. Add ingredients slowly. Beat only until blended with a few small lumps remaining (these help the pancakes to rise & get fluffy). Pour 1 tbsp oil onto griddle. When hot, pour out batter into roughly the size pancakes you want. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip & continue cooking until golden brown on both sides.
