Black Bean Dip

  • 2 cans black beans
  • 1 can chopped green chiles
  • 16 oz jar salsa
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • green onions
  • 12 oz mexican-type cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Drain and mash black beans, leaving some whole. Add chiles, green onions, salsa, sour cream and 1/2 of cheese. Blend well and pour into baking dish. Cover with remaining cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
