Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion / diced
- 3 stalks of celery / chopped
- 1 large carrot / julienned
- 2 gloves of garlic
- 2 (1.45 oz ) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz ) red kidney beans / with liquid
- 1 (15 oz ) Northern beans /with liquid
- 1 (12 oz 0 can of V8 juice
- 1 (10 oz 0 can tomato sauce/ or 10 oz tomato puree
- 1 T white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1.2 lb ( package ) Ditali pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat.
Add onion,carrot,celery,garlic and saute 10 min.
Add the rest of the ingredients except pasta.
Simmer 1 hour.
Cook pasta for 10 min and add in last.
Simmer longer.
