Mud Pie Cookies

Ingredients

• 6 oz bittersweet chocolate
• 4 oz. unsweeten chocolate
• 1/3 c butter
• 1&1/4 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2 t vanilla
• 1 c flour
• 1 t baking powder
• 1/4 t salt
• 1&1/4 c chocolate chips
• 3/4 c mini marshmallows
• 3/4 c chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Melt bittersweet & unsweetened chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat.
Beat sugar, eggs & vanilla into this chocolate mix.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder & salt.
Pour into chocolate mix. Stir till combined.
Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallows & nuts.

Drop by T 2 inches apart on parchment lined cookie sheets.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove sheet from oven and let cookies cool before removing from pan.
