Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Makes enough spice rub for two whole chickens. Double or triple the recipe and use it all summer.
