Cream Sauce
This cream sauce is designed to go over the curried chicken crepes, but the recipe can have many other uses, too.

Ingredients
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/4 C flour
- 1 C milk
- 1 C chicken broth
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- salt and white pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and blend - cook for 2 minutes. Slowly add milk, broth and Worchestershire sauce.
Cook until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour over Curried Chicken Crepes prior to baking, or add to other recipes as indicated.
