Ingredients
- Directions:
- 4 (100 g.) pieces fish (orange roughy, tailipa)
- 1/2 c. vinaigrette dressing
- 1 t. dried dill weed
- ●Pre-heat oven to 400 F.
- ●Mix and dressing and dill.
- ●Arrange fillets in 1 layer in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- ●Pour the dressing mixture over the fish and bake uncovered until the fish is opaque throughout and flakes easily with a fork (8-10 minutes).
