Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 4 (100 g.) pieces chicken breast
  • 3 t. crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 T. water
  • 1/2 t. oregano
  • 1/2 t. basil
  • Dash salt
  • Dash pepper
  • ●Put the garlic and water into microwave for 20 seconds. Add salt, pepper and herbs to form paste, adding more water if needed.
  • ●Rub all over chicken pieces.
  • ●Lay chicken in baking pan and bake at 425 F. for 30 minutes.
