Ingredients
- Directions:
- 4 (100 g.) pieces chicken breast
- 3 t. crushed garlic cloves
- 2 T. water
- 1/2 t. oregano
- 1/2 t. basil
- Dash salt
- Dash pepper
- ●Put the garlic and water into microwave for 20 seconds. Add salt, pepper and herbs to form paste, adding more water if needed.
- ●Rub all over chicken pieces.
- ●Lay chicken in baking pan and bake at 425 F. for 30 minutes.
