Ingredients
- Bakery bread loaf (sour dough, challah, whole wheat french, or other) cut into cubes
- 2 (12 oz) cans low evaporated milk or low fat coconut milk
- 1 c. 2% milk
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 c. egg beaters
- 1 T. cinnamon
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. blueberries

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, whip eggs and milk together. Add cinnamon and sugar and mix until sugar dissolves. Add blueberries. Next add bread pieces and soak a bit. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 F for 50 - 55 minutes. Serve as breakfast or dessert. Enjoy!
