• 1 Bag frozen lima beans
• 2 tablespoons butter or margrine
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 cup heavey whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

In a large sauce pan bring 1-1/2 cups water to a boil add frozen lima bean cook for 5-10 minutes then drain let sit for 2 minutes.

In a medium sauce pan on medium heat add 2 tablespoons butter or margarine wait until melted then add heavy whipping cream and salt, pepper mix together and add lima beans.
