Ingredients
- About - cucumber and fresh dill dress-up salmon w/ Caesar dressing.
- 2 teaspoons light creamy major dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed or 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 7 ounce can,, drained, or one large, chilled cooked salmon steak
- ½ English cucumber
- 2 onion rolls about 4 inches across
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine dressing with dill.
2. Add salmon and breakup with a fork. Then, stir salmon with dressing.
3. Thinly slice cucumber.
4. Cut rolls in half and spread salmon over cut surfaces. 5. Cover bottom half cucumber slices and then top with upper crust.
6. Gently press down to hold layers together.
