Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 oz. serving size of fish

  • 1 bag spinach

  • 2 tsp. dried parsely

  • 2 tsp. dry mustard

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spread clean spinach leaves in a large casserole dish sprayed with low fat cooking spray Lay rinsed fillets on top Mix the reaming ingredients and pour over top of the fish. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until fish is flakey
