Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz. serving size of fish
- 1 bag spinach
- 2 tsp. dried parsely
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spread clean spinach leaves in a large casserole dish sprayed with low fat cooking spray
Lay rinsed fillets on top
Mix the reaming ingredients and pour over top of the fish.
Cook for 15-20 minutes or until fish is flakey
