Ingredients
- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 .75oz dry garlic-herb salad dressing mix
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tbsp melted butter

Step 1
Preheat oven 400F. In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley and salad dressing mix;mix well. Place buttermilk in shallow bowl. Dip chicken pieced in buttermilk, then coat with crumb mixture. Place chicken in ungreased 13x9 baking pan. Drizzle melted butter evenly over chicken.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until internal juices run clear.
