Pastry Cream 2

Ingredients

  • 1 litre homo milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 75 grams cornstarch
  • 100 grams sugar
  • Vanilla to taste
  • 50 grams butter

Preparation

Step 1


Heat milk with ¼ of the sugar, add the butter. In another bowl beat the eggs, salt, and whisk the mixture well. Combine the cornstarch and remaining sugar, add sugar to eggs, and combine until smooth. Add vanilla and mix. Temper eggs and strain mixture into pan. Heat until cream thickens.
