White tuna filet braised in Hinano beer

Ingredients
- 1.5 kg white tuna fillet
- 1 liter chicken stock
- 1 liter hinano beer
- 2 carrots
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 white onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bouqet gaarni (parsley, thyme and bay leaves)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250 gr small fresh onion

Step 1
Peel the carrots, peel and rinse the fresh onions
Chop the white onions
Cut the tomatoes in small pieces
Heat a little oil in a cooking pot
Saute the white onions and tuna fillet on all sides, season
Add the carrots and the fresh onions, simmer a little then add crushed garlic an the tomatoes. Cover with beer and bring to a boil for 5 minutes
Add the stockand bring to a boil again, adjust the seasoning, place the cooking pot in the oven at 200'c for 20 minutes
Remove the fish and vegetables, keep warm.
Reduce the sauce on the stove, pot open
Serve the fish, vegetables and the sauce
