Rasberry Meringue Kisses

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/8 teas salt
  • 3 1/2 tbsp raspberry gelatin
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teas vinegar
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate bits



Step 1

Beat egg whites with salt until foamy. Add raspberry gelatin and sugar gradually. Beat until stiff peaks form and sugar is dissolved. Mix in vinegar, fold in chocolate bits. Drop from teastpoon onto ungreased cookie sheet covered with brown paper. Bake 250 25 minutes. Turn off oven, leave cookies in oven for 20 minutes longer.

Makes about 9 dozen
