Easy Cheese Biscuits

These are a family favorite for a Sunday morning breakfast. Easy to make and no rolling and cutting needed.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup skim milk

Preparation

Step 1

Measure first 5 ingredients into a bowl and stir. Add the oil and milk and stir until moistened. Drop by spoonful onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes.
